A kickstarter!

So I have now made a kickstarter, to improve some of the art, and get a whole bunch more.

I'll be the first to admit I'm no artist. Actually failed art, back in high school. This translates to certain sprites, for example the cities, being sub-par. That, couple with the limited number of popup art pieces, and lack of illustration of what your citizens look like inside the city, means that it seems prudent to get a professional artist in to do some work.

Alongside this there will be such wonders as: Sound, a real save/load system, balance, fixes to the zoom/camera pan, UI upgrades, and generally more features.
